From Psalms 67, with an additional line from Yehuda Halevi, this is said during the counting of the Omer.
I composed this for "Ohel Avraham" in Haifa, and it is sung from Pesakh until Shavuot every year. This is also a "Shalshelet" recipient from 2008.
